Functions, Weddings and Parties
Whether it's a birthday celebration, an office Christmas party, a retirement dinner or simply a family get together, we have experience in tailoring special events for anything up to 100 guests. Weddings are a particular speciality of ours.
The Lapwing Suite
Our air conditioned function room, The Lapwing Suite, can cater for 100 people. It has its own bar and dance floor and can be set with tables for a dinner or more simply for a relaxed buffet.
Your very own marquee
New to the Longlands is the beautiful marquee that adjoins The Lapwing. Guests can spill into here from The Lapwing or you can hold your whole event in the Marquee with its pretty walled garden.
Dance the night away or chat to friends
Using the Lapwing and marquee together gives you plenty of space for a DJ or live band and we have a long list of entertainers that we use regularly to help you organise an event that is right for you. It also means that people who want to get away from the party can escape to the marquee for a chat.
Stay overnight
No need to worry about who's driving. If your guests would like to make a night (or even a weekend) of it, we can arrange special overnight package options to include bed and breakfast.
Planning your party
We have party packages for you to choose from, or we can help you to build an event that is unique to you. We will do everything we can to help you ensure that your celebration is filled with great food, good fun and lots of laughter.
Easy for guests to find and access
Based in Lancashire near Lancaster and Morecambe, we are only 5 minutes drive from junction 35 of the M6 with plenty of free parking outside so we are easy for guests to find.We also have full disabled access and facilities.
